Sweet rolls

  1. Mix 2.5 cups of flour, 3/4 tsp of salt and 4-7 tbsp of sugar.
  2. Mix 2.5 tsp of yeast into 3/4 cup of milk.
  3. Add one egg in #1 and mix in #2
  4. Knead for few minutes then mix in 2-3 tbsp of butter (half way melt or soft)
  5. Let it set for 1-2 hours or until at least double size of the dough
  6. Surface some dry flour to the dough and separate it into 9 piece then shape them to round ones.
  7. Spray a layer of oil to the 9’x9′ bakeware.
  8. Add the 9 round doughs to the pan and let it set for another 1-2 hours.
  9. Preheat the oven to 375 degree.
  10. Brush the egg liquid on to the surface.
  11. Shade with foil and bake for ten minutes.
  12. Remove the foil and bake for another ten minutes.
