- Mix 2.5 cups of flour, 3/4 tsp of salt and 4-7 tbsp of sugar.
- Mix 2.5 tsp of yeast into 3/4 cup of milk.
- Add one egg in #1 and mix in #2
- Knead for few minutes then mix in 2-3 tbsp of butter (half way melt or soft)
- Let it set for 1-2 hours or until at least double size of the dough
- Surface some dry flour to the dough and separate it into 9 piece then shape them to round ones.
- Spray a layer of oil to the 9’x9′ bakeware.
- Add the 9 round doughs to the pan and let it set for another 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degree.
- Brush the egg liquid on to the surface.
- Shade with foil and bake for ten minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another ten minutes.
