Salmon Tofu Miso Soup

Ingredients

  • Salmon
  • Tofu
  • Green Onion
  • Miso
  • Hondashi
  • Cooking wine
  • Salt
  • Sesame Oil
  • Cornstarch

Steps

  1. Dice salmon and tofu
  2. Marinate salmon with cooking wine, salt, hondashi, sesame oil, and cornstarch for 2 hours
  3. In a separate bowl, dissolve miso in hot water
  4. Put water in pot and bring to boil
  5. After boiling, add salmon and tofu – cook until water boils again
  6. Add the miso mixture into the boiling water
  7. Add chopped green onions
  8. Finished!
