- Salmon
- Tofu
- Green Onion
- Miso
- Hondashi
- Cooking wine
- Salt
- Sesame Oil
- Cornstarch
Steps
- Dice salmon and tofu
- Marinate salmon with cooking wine, salt, hondashi, sesame oil, and cornstarch for 2 hours
- In a separate bowl, dissolve miso in hot water
- Put water in pot and bring to boil
- After boiling, add salmon and tofu – cook until water boils again
- Add the miso mixture into the boiling water
- Add chopped green onions
- Finished!
