Radish pancake油墩子

  1. Grate radish and mix some salt.
  2. Wait for 5-10 minutes and squeeze water out then mix in white pepper, sugar and hondashi.
  3. Add water into 1/2 all purpose flour and 1/2 corn starch
  4. Mix in salt, black pepper, white pepper, hondashi, baking powder, one egg and dry shrimp.
  5. Heat oil with mode then one spoon of batter.
  6. Add radish mix then top with batter to seal.
  7. Merge into medium high temp oil for few minutes
  8. Flip out the pancake into deep oil for another few minutes or until golden color.
