Steam bun:
- Some yeast in some warm water.
- Mix in flour and knead (medium hardness)
- Let it rise for 2 hours.
- Knead them and let air out.
- Add filling and make the Bao-Zi.
- Set them in steam pot for one hour with the lid open.
- Cold water start to steam, then 15 minutes after boiling steam.
- Let them cool down before open the lid.
