Pork napa cabbage steam bun卷心菜肉包

Steam bun:

  1. Some yeast in some warm water.
  2. Mix in flour and knead (medium hardness)
  3. Let it rise for 2 hours.
  4. Knead them and let air out.
  5. Add filling and make the Bao-Zi.
  6. Set them in steam pot for one hour with the lid open.
  7. Cold water start to steam, then 15 minutes after boiling steam.
  8. Let them cool down before open the lid.
