No Knead European Bread

  1. Mix 1 tbsp yeast into 1.5 cups warm water.
  2. Add 3 cups of flour (all purpose or wheat mix)
  3. Add 3/4 tbsp sea salt.
  4. Cover and set the dough for 2 hours.
  5. Put into refrigerator over night or for a few days.
  6. Stretchy dough to smooth and dust with flours.
  7. Set it on parchment paper for 40 minutes.
  8. preheat open 425 degree with Dutch oven then bake for 30 minutes.
