Italian bread

  1. Mix 1tbsp yeast into 3/4 warm water .
  2. Mix well with 2.5 cups of flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp of olive oil and one egg.
  3. Slowly add #1 into #2 and knead until bowl is clean.
  4. Set for 1-2 hours or until at least double size.
  5. Separate to two dough and roll to long shape.
  6. Let it raise for another 1-2 hours.
  7. Preheat oven to 400(350) degree.
  8. (brush surface with egg liquid then) bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. If Dutch oven, 400degree for 8 min then 350degree for 20 min
