- Mix 1tbsp yeast into 3/4 warm water .
- Mix well with 2.5 cups of flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp of olive oil and one egg.
- Slowly add #1 into #2 and knead until bowl is clean.
- Set for 1-2 hours or until at least double size.
- Separate to two dough and roll to long shape.
- Let it raise for another 1-2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400(350) degree.
- (brush surface with egg liquid then) bake for 25-30 minutes.
- If Dutch oven, 400degree for 8 min then 350degree for 20 min
