- Mix 1.5 tsp yeast and 2 tbsp of sugar into 3/4 cup of warm water.
- Pull in 2.5 cups of flour and 3/4 tsp salt.
- Knead for 7 minutes-ish or until the dough is smooth.
- Grease the outside of dough and set for 1-2 hours or rise until double size.
- Divide dough to 4 and shape then to bagel shape.
- Let them rise for another 1 hour.
- Boil water then boil the dough 30 seconds each site.
- Put them on baking tray.
- Brush egg liquid on top and spread some sesame seeds (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400 degree and bake for 20 minutes.
