  1. How brain works: brain measure time by recording new things . Don’t quit goal because we over estimate what we can do a day and underestimate what we can do a year.

Counter intuitive thought – you are there when people struggling. strong ties comfort you while weak ties help you grow : acquaintances and distance friend are bridges to your opportunities, ideas and prospective. Help others: giving time make you feel more of it (need to understand more and practice)
  4. Career and Purpose: Money follows knowledge ALWAYS. (don’t understand productive procrastination)
  5. Health and vitality: Sleep is your brain superpower. small movements add up.
  6. Learning and growth: teach it to someone else. Read biographies. quit what’s block you grow, not good at everything – bad at something not matter in order to focus.
  7. Emotional intelligence. 90 seconds rule, if not first quit at the second; showing right amount of vulnerability at the right time earns deep trust; not to avoid difficult conversations as they compound emotion debt.
  8. Financial wisdom: freedom of your time, true hourly rate, rent object to buy experience.
  9. Creative living: constrains promote creativities; create first judge later.
  10. Personal energy: audit your energy and save for important decision.
  11. Social capital: who you know is more important than what you know. Friendship=time x vulnerability x shared experience.
