Egg frittata

  1. Spray oil in 10 inches cast iron and stir small diced one onion.
  2. Cut 2-3 fresh pepper to small piece and stir in.
  3. Add 8 ounces canned corn.
  4. Add 3 mushroom small diced (be careful the water)
  5. Add some cut spinach.
  6. After above cooked make them flat
  7. Scrabble 4-5 eggs and pull evenly on the top
  8. Shred some cheese on the top.
  9. Preheat oven to 350 degree
  10. Bake for 5-8 minutes or until top turns brown.
