  5. Back stretch waltz
  6. greatest stretch yoga
  7. arm shacking exercise
  8. memory exercise: left hand arm inwardly and right hand arm outwardly.
  9. Open hip yoga movements to release stress. ( baby pose. pigeon position, moving frog )
