  1. Communication foundation: Fact (vs Opinion, Stand and Belief).

Example 90 degree is a fact, it’s hot is opinion, building manager stand of temperature vs tenant.

Other tips:

  1. Don’t be hurry to fix other’s opinion even if you are right, harmony environment to get your goal.
  2. Upper class praise each others ; middle class squeeze each other; lower class step on each other.
  3. Listen what people says instead of ‘listening’ how they say (focus on content, filter out negative emotion)
  4. Don’t embarrass others in communication.
