The effort is ‘Getting out of house in icy cold winter’! Once you made to the gym or pool you would feel great. On my way back from LAFitness Wednesday evening after spending three hours there Zumba, sauna/Jacuzzi and swim. The great feeling is “I made the effort and dedicate myself hours to take care of myself ”
