Ingredients
- 10 tbsp softened salted butter (summer room temperature, or half way melt from fridge)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 very finely chopped green onion (to not clog the pipe tip)

Steps
- Start mixing 10tbsp of salty butter (summer room temperature, or half way melt from fridge)
- Slowly add 1/4 cup of powder sugar and continue to mix
- Mix with higher speed until the color turns to white, it should have a thinner consistency
- Slowly mix in the 1 cup flour in several parts, mixing thoroughly between each addition
- After the batter has reached fluffy texture, mix in finely chopped green onion
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Put batter in piping bag using open star tip. Set aside rest of batter in cool place
- Pipe cookies onto parchment paper, put cookies in fridge to keep cool if taking a long time
- Use two cookie pans (to prevent burning bottom)
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edge turns light golden brown (watch carefully)
