桂花松糕

  1. Mix 粘米粉 2 cups,糯米粉 1/2 cup, sugar 2 tbsp.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water slowly while mixing with chopsticks.
  3. Mix with hands until the dough/flour look like the first photo.
  4. Sift dough/flour to very loosing ‘flour’.
  5. Spray layer of oil on pan.
  6. Layer with the flour, dry flower paddles , red beans etc. without pressing them.
  7. Steam when water was cold then for 25 minutes after water boiling.
